Submitting a Consumer Request to Disclose or Delete under the CCPA
You may submit your verifiable consumer request to disclose or delete under the CCPA to contact@shattucklabs.com or by calling (512) 900-4690. We will contact you to confirm receipt of your request and ask for any other information that we need to allow us to verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information. To designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf, you must provide a signed agreement verifying the authorized agent’s authority to make requests on your behalf. Our goal is to respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days.
